• If the minimum number of bookings is not reached, the trip may be rescheduled or an alternative trip will be offered.
• If trekking permits are unavailable, an alternate trek option or refund will be provided.
• Namma Wheels is not responsible for injuries or accidents occurring during the trip or trek.
• In case of vehicle-related accidents, insurance claims must be processed through the vehicle insurance provider. Required documentation will be provided.
• Certain activities may be canceled due to weather conditions or government restrictions. Alternate activities may be arranged whenever possible.
• Refunds will not be applicable for activity cancellations caused by weather or government regulations.
• Travelers are requested to arrive at least 20 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.
• Trek permits are not included by default and can be arranged at an additional cost if required.

Vehicle allocation depends on the total number of travelers:

• 12-Seater Tempo Traveller – For groups of 10–11
• 22-Seater Mini Bus – For groups of around 20
• 30-Seater Bus – For groups of around 30
