Refund and Cancellation Policy of Namma Wheels (Muddu Yellamma Travels), Bengaluru
1. Booking Cancellation by Customer
- If a booking is cancelled more than 7 days before the departure date, 90% of the total tour cost will be refunded.
- If a booking is cancelled between 3 to 6 days before the departure date, 60% of the total tour cost will be refunded.
- If a booking is cancelled between 1 to 3 days before the departure date, 30% of the total tour cost will be refunded.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the departure date will not be eligible for any refund.
2. Cancellation by Namma Wheels
- Namma Wheels reserves the right to cancel any trip or tour due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Weather conditions
- Political instability
- Government restrictions
- Insufficient bookings
- In such cases, customers will be offered:
- An alternative trip/tour, or
- A full refund.
3. Changes by Namma Wheels
- Minor changes to the itinerary may occasionally be necessary due to operational or external circumstances. No compensation will be provided for such minor modifications.
- In the event of significant itinerary changes, customers will be informed in advance and may choose to:
- Accept the revised itinerary,
- Select an alternative trip, or
- Receive a full refund.
4. Non-Utilization of Services
No refunds will be provided for:
- Unused services
- Missed sightseeing
- Skipped activities
- Missed transportation
- Early departure from the trip
regardless of the reason.
5. Health, Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances
- No refund will be issued for missing or abandoning a trip due to:
- Illness
- Late arrival
- Personal emergencies
- Missed transportation
- Other unforeseen circumstances
- Namma Wheels shall not be responsible for additional expenses caused by delays from airlines, buses, railways, weather conditions, or third-party operators.
6. Processing Time for Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days from the date of receiving the cancellation request.
The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.
7. Claims & Complaints
Any complaints or claims regarding services must be submitted in writing within 10 days after completion of the trip.
Claims received after this period may not be considered.
8. Third-Party Services
For third-party services including:
- Hotel bookings
- Airline tickets
- Transport providers
- Adventure activity operators
the refund and cancellation policy of the respective service provider will apply.
9. Booking Transfers
Bookings may be transferred to another individual subject to:
- Prior approval by Namma Wheels
- Availability
- Applicable administrative charges
Transfer requests must be made at least 2 days before the departure date.
Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed and credited automatically to your original payment method within the applicable processing period.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received your refund:
- Recheck your bank account.
- Contact your credit card provider, as processing may take additional time.
- Contact your bank, since refunds may take a few working days to reflect.

Namma Wheels reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.
Customers are advised to review the latest policy at the time of booking.
