• If the minimum number of bookings is not met, we will offer an alternative trek or reschedule.
• If permits are not available for a particular trek, we will offer you an alternate trek. Ora refund will be initiated.
• Namma Wheels is not responsible if any injuries or accidents that occur during the event.
• If While Travelling in the Vehicle any accidents are happens, we will get the insurance of the vehicle and customers has to claim and we will give the documentation for those things.
• In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be canceled and, in such cases, we will try to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.
• We recommend that you arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the venue.
• Please note that the permit is not included by default. If you wish to obtain the permit, we can arrange it for you at an additional cost.

-For a group of 10-11, a 12-seater Tempo Traveler will be provided
-For a group of 20, a 22-seater Mini Bus will be allocated
-For a group of 30, a 30-seater bus will be supplied
